Our Mission
BloxFruitsCalc exists to give every Blox Fruits player — from a beginner making their first trade to a veteran chasing Mythicals — access to accurate, up-to-date trade values with transparent methodology. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the Blox Fruits development team. Our only obligation is to our readers and the trading community.
This editorial policy explains exactly how we collect fruit values, how we score demand, how often we update, and what happens when we get something wrong. We publish this because transparency builds trust, and trust is the foundation of useful trading data.
How We Collect Fruit Values
Every value on BloxFruitsCalc is derived from community trading consensus — not official developer data, which does not exist for trading purposes. Our data collection process involves three primary methods:
1. Community Discord Server Monitoring
We monitor major Blox Fruits trading Discord servers where thousands of active traders post buy and sell offers daily. By tracking the actual prices at which trades close — not just asking prices — we build a picture of what fruits genuinely trade for at any given time. We focus on completed trades, not wishful asking prices, to avoid upward bias in our data.
2. In-Game Trade Observation
Our team actively plays Blox Fruits across Sea 1, Sea 2, and Sea 3 servers, observing trade channel activity. In-game trades provide a real-time signal that Discord data may lag on — particularly immediately after updates when community Discord servers can be slower to reflect changed sentiment.
3. Cross-Reference with Community Value Lists
We cross-reference our observed values against multiple other active community value lists. When our figures diverge significantly from others, we investigate the discrepancy before publishing. Our goal is to reflect community consensus, so persistent outliers on either side are factored in rather than ignored.
How Demand Scores Are Calculated
Demand scores (rated 1–10) are our own composite metric and one of the features that differentiates BloxFruitsCalc from simpler value lists. Demand reflects how quickly a fruit trades in active servers — a high-value, low-demand fruit can sit for weeks, while a moderate-value, high-demand fruit moves in minutes. Our demand scoring combines:
- •Trade Frequency: How often we observe the fruit appearing as an offer or request in trade channels. Fruits mentioned constantly score higher.
- •Buy/Sell Ratio: The ratio of players seeking to acquire the fruit versus players offering it. When seekers vastly outnumber sellers, demand is high.
- •Community Discussion Volume: How often the fruit is discussed in strategy and meta channels — an indirect proxy for how much players care about acquiring it.
- •Post-Update Sentiment Tracking: After each patch, we actively monitor community reaction to changes. Buffed fruits see immediate demand bumps; nerfed fruits are downgraded within 48 hours.
Demand scores are subjective composite ratings, not mathematical outputs of a formula. They represent our best judgment based on the signals above. We publish them to help traders make better decisions, not as guarantees of market speed.
Update Frequency Policy
We commit to the following update schedule:
We review all fruits affected by the patch and update values and demand scores to reflect the new meta.
If a fruit's value is consistently trading significantly above or below our listed value for 3+ days, we update.
New fruits are added to our database immediately. Initial values are community-estimated and refined as trading data accumulates.
We audit the full fruit database monthly to catch any values that have drifted from community consensus without a specific patch trigger.
How We Handle Corrections
We get things wrong sometimes. Value lists are inherently imprecise — they reflect community consensus at a moment in time, and that consensus evolves. When a value is incorrect:
- Anyone can report an incorrect value via our contact form. Reports should include the fruit name, the current listed value, the value you believe is correct, and a source (screenshot of a trade, reference to another value list, etc.).
- We review every report received. High-priority reports (Mythical fruits, large value discrepancies) are reviewed within 24 hours.
- If the report is substantiated, we update the value and note the correction date in the fruit's
lastUpdatedfield. - We do not delete or hide incorrect historical values — the community deserves to know when and how values change.
Independence Statement
BloxFruitsCalc is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, the Blox Fruits development team (Gamer Robot Inc.), or any other official entity connected to the game.
Our values and demand scores are determined entirely by community observation. No fruit developer, content creator, or trading service pays us to list specific values. We do not accept payment to inflate or deflate any fruit's listed value.
If we add advertising to the site in the future, it will be clearly labeled as advertising and will not influence our editorial content. Our trade verdict algorithm, fruit values, and demand scores will always reflect our honest best assessment of market conditions — not commercial relationships.
Limitations of Our Data
We want to be honest about what our values are and are not. Community trading values are:
- ⚠Estimates, not guarantees — individual trades may close above or below listed values depending on negotiation, time pressure, and server activity
- ⚠Community consensus, not official — Roblox and Blox Fruits have no official trading value system
- ⚠Lagging indicators — values can take 24–72 hours to reflect rapid market changes after major updates
- ⚠Averaged across all servers — regional trading communities may have slightly different norms
Use our values as a strong starting point for negotiations — not as fixed prices. Always verify important trades using the trade calculator and your own judgment.
